What We're All About

CU Students have teamed together this year to learn through exploration how to manipulate many different instructional technologies. In time we hope to branch out and share our knowledge with other educators and peers.
We'd like to serve as a resource to our fellow future educators and professors of Education who would like to put that SmartBoard to use in their classroom, or learn how to use podcasts in the classroom as tools for parent involvement or student assessments. The possibilities are endless!

Thank You CUTechEd

This as been a wonderful experience. I have learned so much that I actually use often in the classroom. Now, if I could get my laptop working again, I would like to continue enjoying my new skills :) I am currently observing early childhood classes (in GA I can teach pre-k through fifth!), working at After School Care, and looking for a teaching job. I will let you know more when I know more. Thank you for everything.

Reflecting on this Year...

This year has been great! I have learned so much about technology that I didn't know before. I have really enjoyed hearing about and seeing the student teachers using technology. It has shown me the endless possibilities technology has in the classroom! I have also enjoyed my experiences at Club 245. I enjoyed seeing the kids' reactions to Photoshop Elements and Visual Communicator. I'm excited for next year and the new projects we will be working on. I look forward to gaining more valuable experiences with technology in the classroom.

This Year in Clemson Geek Squad

I have learned a lot this year while participating in this creative inquiry project. The opportunity to learn and work with the latest technology available for education was a great experience for me. Going out to Club 2:45 at Code Elementary was a valuable experience. This experience gave me the opportunity to not only work with children, but to work with fellow Clemson students in teams and to work with technology in the schools. I enjoyed this year as a Geek Squad member and I look forward to working with them again next year.
